About the 40+ League

Lakeshore 40+ League

Two divisions, twelve teams, and more grey hair than any locker room in Michigan. The 40+ League plays Monday and Wednesday nights at North Shore Arena, with the same non-checking rules as the adult league and one addition: no slap shots, ever.

Last season's champions: Masters of Disaster (Gold) and Rusty Blades (Silver).

Registration is $395. Players must turn 40 by December 31 of the season. Goalies may be 35+.
